Paris Escape Review: Odyssey - La Pièce

A gritty, humorous, enjoyable space game that I’d thoroughly recommend to visitors to Paris. It may not have the most polished decoration, but it delivers consistently good puzzles, story and set – a rare combination.

Paris Escape Review: Phobia and You Have Sixty Minutes

Two scary games – The Departed is a good, creepy experience which you should only avoid if you hate scariness. Cannibal is an amazing scare experience that you should only do if you actively enjoyed scary games.

Paris Escape Review: The Game - Space Mission

A beautiful game, with moments of theatre and puzzles that are really embedded in the theme. Yes, there were a couple of rough edges, and the searching felt a little too tough, but that didn’t stop me from thoroughly enjoying my experience.

Extremescape (Disley): Viking

The team behind Extremescape have done it again, delivering a beautiful set with engaging puzzles and fantastic moments of theatre. I was a little worried that they’d struggle to improve on their previous two games, but they absolutely have – coming up with plenty of new ideas to keep their loyal customers happy and putting even more polish into the experience.

Netherlands Escape Review: MyEscape.Club (Amsterdam)

Two games with high-quality decoration throughout that really conveyed their themes. Both are well worth playing, even in the high-quality Amsterdam market although, be warned that we found them a little lacking in signposting for some of the puzzles.

Netherlands Review: Escape Experience - the Artifact (The Hague)

A company with a forgettable name but a memorable game. You might not be wowed straightaway but it just keeps getting better. Reasonable set design improved throughout the experience and after a disappointing start, the puzzles that followed were top quality challenges.
